Our Mission
We recognise that many Chinese migrants face multiple challenges when they first arrive in the UK, including language barriers, cultural differences, and unfamiliarity with local systems. These challenges can make it difficult to find work, access healthcare, attend school, and manage day-to-day affairs, potentially leading to poverty and financial hardship. To address these issues, our organisation has established a dedicated team of experienced advisers and translators, committed to providing the support and assistance that Chinese migrants need.
Our information services cover a wide range of topics, including how to find suitable employment opportunities, how to apply for government benefits, and how to deal with housing and legal matters. We also provide detailed information on healthcare, educational resources, and community services, helping Chinese migrants to better understand and make use of these resources in order to improve their living conditions. Whether helping them draw up a budget plan or guiding them through applications for various assistance programmes, we strive to provide practical, actionable help to support them out of difficulty.
